We currently ship within Malaysia only.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Standard shipping within Malaysia takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
SIZING & FIT
How does Null Project sizing run?
Our pieces are cut for a streetwear silhouette — cropped tees run true to size with an intentional cropped hem, while polos fit structured and true to size. If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed feel or stay true for the intended fit.
What if I'm between sizes?
We recommend sizing up. Our 280 GSM fabric holds its shape well and won't lose structure after washing.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
How do I request an exchange?
Email us with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
GARMENT CARE
How do I care for my Null Project pieces?
Turn inside out before every wash. Cold wash, gentle cycle only. Do not tumble dry — hang flat to dry. Do not iron directly on any printed or patch areas.

Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted, SSL-secured payment gateways. We do not store your card details. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
